David C. Reinhardt
David Reinhardt practices criminal law, civil litigation and personal injury law at the Bender Law Group, serving clients in Richmond and throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Prior to Joining Bender Law Group, Mr. Reinhardt served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Lynchburg Public Defender’s Office. He additionally has firsthand experience in the construction industry. These experiences make Mr. Reinhardt an excellent choice not only as a criminal defense lawyer but also as an attorney to handle civil litigation involving breach of contract claims and the full range of disputes which may arise in construction litigation.
Mr. Reinhardt is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and he is a Certified Attorney with the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission, holding both Misdemeanor and Felony Certifications. A native of Richmond, Mr. Reinhardt received his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and later earned his Law Degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law, to which he won an Academic Scholarship.
